Elects new Officers, Board & schedules new events

The JHRTS Board of Directors has elected new Officers for the coming year:  Co-Presidents Chase Bartels, and Tori Socha, replacing outgoing Co-Presidents Kathleen McCaffrey and Mark Ambrose;  Vice President Emily Berger, Secretary Megan Kirkpatrick, and Treasurer Scott Little.

“Mark and I couldn’t be happier with the selections for the 2008-2009 board," said outgoing Co-President McCaffrey.  "The new class is enthusiastic and dynamic, which compliments the returning members.  We are confident that the new board, lead by Chase and Tori, will bring great things to JHRTS, and to the entire young Hollywood community.”

"As the JHRTS Co-Presidents for 08-09, we look forward to building upon the positive momentum created from last year's success," said incoming Co-President, Tori Socha. "Our plan is to implement membership incentives, host monthly "members only" mixers, and increase our presence in the Hollywood community.  All of this while continuing with our top-notch panel discussions, charity and social events.  We are excited to be a part of another successful year for JHRTS."

In other news, the JHRTS has also announced plans for their "1st Annual Online Content Gallery" showcasing and recognizing some of the best and hottest online content. Planning is underway for a Fall premiere which will be a co-production with the parent HRTS org.  For more updates on this and other JHRTS activities go to
