Disney/ABC’s Anne Sweeney, WME’s Nancy Josephson, Shonda Rhimes (Grey’s Anatomy, Private Practice) and CBS’ Nina Tassler have been named speakers at B&C’s first “Keynotes & Cocktails: Women of Hollywood.” The event, which will be held July 15 3-6 p.m. at The Roosevelt Hotel, is a completely OFF-THE-RECORD, one-of-a-kind, intimate cocktail gathering for the women of the TV and entertainment industry to meet, share laughs and talk frankly about issues they can all relate to. Cocktails and appetizers will be served. Info and tickets are available at www.broadcastingcable.com/womenhollywood.
Sweeney, co-chair, Disney Media Networks, and president, Disney/ABC Television Group, will provide the event’s featured keynote Q&A, in a discussion moderated by B&C Executive Editor Melissa Grego.
WME agent Josephson, Rhimes (creator and exec producer of ABC’s Grey’s Anatomy and Private Practice and exec producer of ABC’s upcoming Off the Map) and CBS Entertainment President Nina Tassler will take part in a “Powerhouses of Primetime” roundtable panel.
Additional speakers for the event will be announced.
