It's hard to believe another season has officially come to an end for JHRTS. As we get ready to hand the organization off, we can't help but think of the fun over the past year which not only brought our enthusiastic members together but provided an outlet to learn, network and grow within the industry.

In the 2008-2009 season, JHRTS nearly doubled its membership and with strong marketing via Facebook and the new HRTS website our exposure is only continuing to grow. Over the year, we've held four incredible lectures, five Members-Only Roundtables, countless community service and networking events, launched our 1st Annual Digital Content Gallery and 1st Annual LA Upfronts Celebration, continued on with the 2nd Annual Comedy Festival, implemented a brand new Professional Mentorship Program with HRTS, and hosted an amazing Holiday Party for over 600 guests which raised enough money to make JHRTS one of the biggest financial contributors to the Michael J. Fox Foundation this year! 
 
We know such a successful year could only have been made possible with the hard work of our extremely talented and devoted Board Members and with guidance from our friends at HRTS.  We hope the momentum that was started for us only continues to grow with next season and wish the new board the best of luck towards another successful year!
