This summer, the HRTS lost one of its great, longstanding members with the passing of industry icon Bernie Brillstein. His "larger than life" personality was a fixture at table 1 at HRTS luncheons and he will be missed. | Important HRTS Member Survey Coming |
| Environmental scan to assist in future planning for Org |

 To assist with future planning for the organization, the HRTS has commisioned On Target Research to conduct a telephone survey of random HRTS Members to commence later this month. This survey, the first of its kind for the organization, will provide HRTS leadership with valuable information to assist in the on-going effort to provide activities and services that are beneficial to our members.
If contacted for this random survey, we hope you take a few moments to answer the questions as your frank and candid responses will be utilized in the development of future HRTS member benefits and activities. Our summer ended with a "JHRTS Beach Day" as over 30 members helped clean the beach in Venice alongside "Heal the Bay." After the effort, members enjoyed brunch over looking our newly cleaned beach. It was a successful and fun summer day for JHRTS!
