JHRTS Beach Clean-Up a Success!
The new executive board for JHRTS has hit the ground running, rolling out a full line-up of events designed for members and non-members throughout the year.
Our summer ended with a "JHRTS Beach Day" as over 30 members helped clean the
beach in Venice alongside "Heal the Bay." After the effort, members enjoyed brunch over looking our newly cleaned beach. It was a successful and fun summer day for JHRTS!
This September we kick off the fall with our first ever "Members' Mixer" on the 17th. New to JHRTS, these mixers are designed as a monthly networking event for registered JHRTS members and a guest of their choice. On the 23rd we are hosting a panel at the Pacific Design Center on "Celebrity Culture, Gossip, and the Media," where all are welcome to attend and encouraged to gossip about it. Also scheduled for the fall: Our first annual "Digital Content Gallery" and a community service event with "Rock the Vote." For more information, please check www.jhrts.com.
